Excellent base for discovering Venice. We had an annex queen suite which was very spacious and annex. Staff was always ready to assist, really AMICABLE. Breakfast is freshly cooked, we loved lots of meals.

The staff was FRIENDLY, and we had the benefit of just 15 minutes' walk right to st mark's basilica. Room service was incredibly handy.
